Privacy Policy
Your information,
handled with care.
This explains what we collect through our inquiry form, why we collect it, and how we look after it.
What we collect
When you reach out through our inquiry form, we may collect:
- Your contact details (name, phone number, and email address).
- Your inquiry details (the service you're interested in, your applicant type, and any message or notes you share).
- Any LTOPF-related documents you choose to upload through the form (for example, valid IDs, proof of income, proof of billing, clearances, or application forms).
Why we collect it
We use the information you provide to:
- Review your inquiry and understand what you need.
- Assist you with firearm licensing (LTOPF), registration, and Permit to Carry processing.
- Help prepare and check your documents before filing through official channels.
- Communicate with you about your application and next steps.
How your documents are handled
Uploaded files are stored in a private location, not a public one. Access is limited to the KREH Guns team members who help process your inquiry.
Documents are kept only for as long as they are needed for review, and our system is set up to automatically remove uploaded files after a limited retention period rather than keeping them indefinitely.
Data privacy
We aim to handle your personal information responsibly and in a manner consistent with the Philippines' Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173). We do our best to keep what you share private and to use it only for the purposes described above.
Please share only what's yours
Only upload documents that belong to you or that you are authorized to share. Please avoid submitting other people's personal documents unless you have their permission.
