Carry your licensed firearm legally outside your residence. Requires a valid LTOPF and registered firearm. Eligibility and requirements vary per applicant.

Processing typically takes 45–90 days from the date complete requirements are submitted to PNP-FEO. Timeline varies depending on FEO workload and your schedule for the neuro-psych and drug test. We help make sure your documents are prepared for proper filing, and you'll be updated throughout. Approval remains subject to PNP-FEO evaluation.
Under PNP-FEO requirements, a failed exam means your application cannot proceed at that time. This is a government requirement, not ours. Most accredited centers allow retakes after a set waiting period. We'll advise you on next steps, and once you've passed, we'll continue your application without an additional service fee.
Under RA 10591, a licensed firearm owner may apply for a PTC with sufficient justification, such as a credible threat to life or the nature of their occupation. Eligibility and requirements vary per applicant, and the rate depends on your specific case. We'll assess your situation and walk you through everything during consultation.
