LTOPF Assistance
The License to Own and Possess Firearms (LTOPF) is the mandatory first step before you can legally own any firearm in the Philippines. Without it, no registration, transfer, or purchase is valid.

Registration
Every firearm must be registered to your LTOPF account. We handle the sourcing, tagging, storage approvals, and release with Permit to Transport.
Available for new purchases and renewals or transfers of existing registrations. If you need a unit, we can help source one through proper channels. All units come with complete documentation.

Carry Permit
Permit to Carry
The Permit to Carry allows you to carry your licensed and registered firearm outside your residence. It requires a valid LTOPF and a registered firearm.
Under RA 10591, a licensed firearm owner may apply for a PTC with sufficient justification, such as a credible threat to life or the nature of their occupation. Eligibility and requirements vary per applicant. We assess your situation during consultation.

Processing typically takes 45–90 days from the date complete requirements are submitted to PNP-FEO. Timeline varies depending on FEO workload and your schedule for the neuro-psych and drug test. We help make sure your documents are prepared for proper filing. Approval remains subject to PNP-FEO evaluation.
Under PNP-FEO requirements, a failed exam means your application cannot proceed at that time. This is a government requirement, not ours. Most accredited centers allow retakes after a set waiting period. Once you've passed, we'll continue your application without an additional service fee.
